Choose your favourite recipe from below and simply add all ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. If needed, you can add water to required consistency! Enjoy!

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Can substitute with milk of your choice)
  • 1 Cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Eskimo-3 Kids
  • 1 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt (protein)

CHOCO BANANA NANA

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Can substitute with milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 Cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon Eskimo-3 Kids
  • 1 teaspoon natural Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon mixed seeds
  • 1 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt (protein)

AVO-BERRY GOODNESS

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Can substitute with milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Eskimo-3 Kids
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional)

BREAKFAST OATY-BERRY GOODNESS

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Can substitute with milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 Banana (freeze other half for another smoothie)
  • 1/2 Cup frozen Berries
  • Handful Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Eskimo-3 Kids (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Seeds/nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Cacao Powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt (protein)

GO NUTZ BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
