Yes, there are two overlapping nutrients. These are vitamin D3 and vitamin E.

Eskimo Brain 369 contain 5ug vitamin D3 (100% NRV). Most multivitamins contain 10ug vitamin D3. According to The Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (TILDA) at Trinity College Dublin, it is recommended that adults get 10 to 20 ug vitamin D per day via diet or supplementation to maintain adequate levels. The  European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) advise adults can tolerate up to 100ug but that high level is not advised. By combining a multi-vitamin with Eskimo Brain 369, you will be consuming approximately 15 to 25ug vitamin D3, so this is perfectly safe.

Our Eskimo-3 products provide between 4.6mg and 13mg vitamin E, an antioxidant to keep the oil fresh. Most multivitamins provide between 40 and 100mg vitamin E. However, EFSA state that adults can tolerate up to 300mg vitamin E daily, so there is no safety issue in combining your chosen Eskimo-3 product with a multi-vitamin.
